About Coaching
About Coaching
A coaching session is a one hour confidential session designed to facilitate the creative development of personal, professional or business goals and to develop and carry out a strategy or plan for achieving those goals.
Around 6- 12 sessions based on goals set by the client can help build effective and sustained leadership change.
Building a strong partnership and trusting rapport in the coaching experience is essential.
For all coaching sessions I will abide by the Code of Ethics set out by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
In effective coaching sessions a client leader would:
- come to the session with a particular area in mind that they would like to focus on
- reflect on areas that impact on their leadership, authenticity, relationships, courage, fears, challenges, performance and results
- use tools to that delve deeply to support self-awareness and changes in mindset and perceptions
- reflect and commit to actions and follow up
